"Splash" This is what represents a wave here... yep pretty pathetic I know, even during really bad weather we don't get very big waves because of the great barrier reef that keeps out all the nasty smashing waves, you certainly couldn't surf here that for sure. I always have a bit of an inward chuckle whenever I see someone who's obviously just moved to town with surfboards strapped to their roof, I imagine they must be rather disappointed the first time they get a chance to visit our very beautiful but completely surf less beaches.
