Sorry, now that I've got that out of my system...
So much detail! And the shading is outstanding, especially on the hair. The texture on the walls really makes for a very defined atmosphere, and the colors give it a cold look (he's definitely not in a warm and cozy place, huh?). The light shining off the sword is something that amazes me to no end, since I've never been able to draw metallic objects correctly to save my life. The only negative thing that I can manage to pick out of this is that the line of his pectorals seems to end a smidge too high - it might just be me, though, and lord knows I'm no expert on male anatomy. For me though, I would have put the ending line of the pecs just above or right at the line where the bands around his abdomen start.

The pose and the chair he is sitting in, it looks ALOT like Brandon Lee from The Crow.

I'm assuming that the model is Brandon Lee? Several years ago, I tried his pose, but had trouble with the perspective.

Your title reminds me... have you ever read a trillogy called "The Dark Angel Trillogy" By Meridith Ann Pierce? It is an amasing trillogy and I put it in my Top Ten best books list (I read a lot so that means it is really good). If you havent read it I suggest you do.

You definately should. it is great. they usually sell it in the 'Teen' book section for some reason. It think it should be in the fantasy section, but i guess they put it in 'teen' because it is an easy read.
