Effect:
You can use facedown monsters you control as Synchro Material, and if you do, its Level is treated as 4. If this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up; you can Special Summon 1 "Ninja" monster from your hand or GY in face-up or facedown defense position, and if face up, it's Level becomes 4, but you cannot summon monsters for the rest of turn, except "Ninja" monsters. You can only use this effect of "Oni, the Shadow Ninja" once per turn.
