Some poor person (...*TratserEnoyreve ) ended up getting me for #Exchange-City 's August exchange, and I gave up on their character so all they got was an awesome background and I feel horrible

I gave up back at the beginning of September so I've had this PSD sitting around breathing down my neck
and the only thing I could think to do was finish it off
this much was salvageable, I noted them the picture of the character but nobody can see that so here is a Bird version
