Tatikomas are much-much more compact, there is not much of a similarity besides 4 legs-2 hands scheme.

Btw, i have a tatikoma sketch in my archives, should i finish it maybe wyt

Oh sweet! Well, I am 100% about tatikomas 100% of the time, so I would of course say it's worth it! (cool sketch too, really love the lightplay in that one)

And I think besides this one being leggy, it was how it appeared to be turning its cheek to be scrubbed that gave it character like tatikoma have.
