(The snowfall animation is very slow in internet browser)

I hope it doesn't look too sloppy ;.; my first time trying to do a snowfall animation, I did not realize how much quality is drained from an image when it is a GIF fileΒ ah well, if ya want I can redo the snow

It might be helpful to save it as a flash document instead of a gif, that loads better on dA. It's still gorgeous either way!

Ah I wish I could, but I animate my drawings in a free program called Gimp as I don't think that Photoshop Elements has support for animating

Hmm, I've used GIMP before and it does funky things when you save gifs. I've honestly never used Photoshop Elements?Β
I'm not sure what that is.Β
However, if you're up for it you should try saving it from GIMP as a psd with the animation layers (I assume it's a flat drawing layer with the animation on top, or an animation on each layer, correct?).
Photoshop CC has a way of saving animation layers as a swf file, though it's kind of complicated. If you want I can show you how, or if you can send me the PSD, I can do it and send it back and you can decide if it's worth the effort. xD It will definitely help with the colour profile though, I think gif limits you to only a certain number of colours otherwise the file is ginormous.Β

I know right!! It was extremely slow on my browser, I would be eternally thankful if you helped me with my next animated commission to make it look better lol!! I am trying to decide if I want to ask for Photoshop CC for my next birthday haha. I am content with this program I use for drawing called Krita but I would reallyy like to get a more powerful program. Like for example when I use a brush thats 400px+ the program lags, and I noticed while using PS before that photoshop was a lot more responsive. Plus I like how the brushes function more in PS. But I guess each program has it's flaws!
