I wanted to comment on the use of gradation on this page.
I think it's nice to want to use something different for the back panel, but the yellow is a bit distracting.
It brings the focal point back up to the top panel.
maybe try toning down the chromaticity of the yellow, like the middle gradient color? Or just keep it a solid color?
Overall I like the color scheme though.
And I like how your story is going for a turn

yesss if i get far enough i will print it out and sell it. it's just etting started, though, and even though the chapters start short they will probably get longer and more involved as they go on. this is more like an introduction, the start of a bigger chian of events....
