i got a new sketchbook with brown paper. its nice cuz you can put lights and darks onto it instead of just sketching. (ive wanted one for a while!) this is the first page!a much better picture of darkhandsman is here [link]
india ink and red/white acrylic ...its really relaxing to whip things out like this

I absolutely adore this! It's so expressive! I think this is a MUCH better picture of darkhandsman. The sloppy style of this adds much to the eerie feeling of it. It has the surreal feeling of nightmares.

well uh
the pros are easier to see darks and lights, the cons are....uh...the paper isnt white? i dunno
theres no difference cept the color of the paper really. brown is easier on the brain than white to draw on, white can be intimidating for starting new pictures so brown is good for creativity flow

it's Utrecht brand, directly from the art store so its pretty high quality, and its spiral bound so it lays flat when you open it :3
