Description Phew! Finally finished!
This started as a simple birthday present for ~noodle17 but quickly escalated into something so epic that I had to go all-out with it or I'd kick myself for the rest of my life. Sorry it's so late!

Continuing the theme of feeding your obsessions, here's some GenHika. I almost drew you Germany but decided not to. I'm kind of glad I changed my mind Next year, man.

I'm really happy with how Hikari came out. D: I think that might be the best I've ever drawn her despite the odd shape of her legs. The picture in the background was from my job last year, working in the mountains. I took it as a stock but never really had the chance to use it.

I almost gave Riley Lelouch's eye. Almost.

Listened to "Hologram" (Nico Touches the Walls) and "World End" (Flow) a lot when I drew this. I dunno why.

I think it's because most people ship him with Roak/Byron/Volkner/any other sinnoh guy that fanart of him in a straight pairing is difficult to come by. There aren't many GenHika fans out there. :/

Yeah, when I type in "Riley Dawn" or "Gen Hikari" into the search, I mostly get Riley with Roark. Maybe it's also because some people think it's weird to pair a 10 year old girl with a 20 year old guy. I think it's a cute pairing anyway!

Yeah, it's fantasy anyway so I have no problem with these kinds of pairings.
How old is your Mitsumi character? I'm just wondering, I usually picture characters better if I know their age.

She's fifteen. : D Generally my characters have gotten older as I've gotten older but I decided to cap it off at fifteen.

I know... maybe after you finish it.
This is going to sound terrible, and I HIGHLY don't reccomend it, but I didn't finish most of the books for IB English 12. In fact, I think I only finished the Great Gatsby and TULOB. But it turned out well for me. I don't have to take any English in college.
That being said, please don't do what I did. You saw how stressed I was.
