i think the thing that makes them look a little odd is the eyes... they look just a little to much like the eyes of maybe a big cat or something (it's the shape of them, i think. No idea how you'd fix that though)

They're not too bad! I think that for your particular style, the eyes seem a little big, which is why they might look a bit odd. The faces are rather narrow too, and the eyes are a bit squint too, and are different sizes on the top right girl! Haha
The middle woman's top lip is also a bit big, but I don't know if that was deliberate or not (:
The two middle men and the one at the bottom (looking up) are really awesome, thouh! You have a nice style!

ostatni najlepszy. reszta typowo nierealistyczne, za duże oczy.
najlepiej na początek rysuj kogokolwiek kto siedzi naprzeciwko ciebie, domownika, ludzia w autobusie. bo z wyobraźni cienko idzie jeśli nie ma się w tym praktyki.

Well, better than mine, but admittedly could use a little work. They're a bit on the narrow side, as far as the front views go. The side view of the boy in the center-left looks wonderful, though, as does the drawing in the lowermost right. Keep at it, they aren't so bad!
