Description Swan

Vers. 1
I went on a little hike with my parents this sunday. We walked at the lakeside promenade of the Ammersee. This swan followed us from the very beginning.
I hope you like it

I will start off with that is is a very clear and well captured picture. The whole focus is on the swan and there is nothing in the actual picture to distract you from the subject of the main picture. The swan itself even seems to know that you were taking a picture and to pose.

The only draw back i can see is the angle of the picture- I like it while at the same time it bothers me a bit, so I'm not completely saying it was a bad thing, just that for some reason it distracts me a bit.

Overall it is a great shot and it was done very well. Good job! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/>

Thank you very much for the critique!
About the angle: I know what you're meaning but I wanted to try something new on the perspective. And I kneed in a very stupid position...

Great photo! I love how you can just see the reflection of the light from the ripples on his brilliant neck. I think it would've been nice if you got the reflection of him in the water as well though, as it would balance the photo a little more. : )

Thank you for the quick and really detailed comment!
I just went through all photos I made from these swans...I've found two pictures which have these 'full-body-reflection' of the swan.
Maybe I'll take a closer look at these two ; )
