This Is Belle's Ballgown From beauty and the Beast, that I made many years back now. I had started making this costume with the intentions of me wearing it for halloween, but i wasn't able to finish it in time and then I had messed up on it so much that it wouldn't fit me anymore. But a few years later, I finished it up some and wore it for Halloween, so I'm happy that someone got to wear it.
I sadly had to sell it 2 Halloween's ago because I was broke and needed money I hope the person who has it, is enjoying it. ~Enjoy

thanks! it was so long ago, I can't remember who it was, but it was a beauty and the beast costume pattern that they had put out right after the movie had come out. I think it might be simplicty, and I think they have a civil war eara party dress pattern that would work.
