Douggy here wants you to remember than no one's born with instructions on how to get through life and you are coping with everything the best way you know how. Don't be afraid to take a break every now and then if you feel you need it! You definitely deserve to.this was initially for myself, but who knows? maybe this can make someone else feel better as well.
stay hydrated, okay? maybe read a book or listen to a song or play a game you enjoy- and keep in mind it isn't a bad thing to want to be happy. both me and Doug are very proud of you for being alive and trying your best
