History: Ceasar was born on the streets and Pawsville's police chief found him as a puppy there and not only adopted him but also put him into the police dog training to make an excellent police dog. After the unfortunate death of his owner, Ceasar now belongs to his son, Ciel Swan who is the new police chief. He is clueless on many things that his strict training didn't cover but always curious about learning new things.

Extra information: His fur is very fluffy and soft thanks to Ciel taking good care of it regularly. Ceasar is not sure why exactly, but he's not very fond of Ciel decorating his fur with ribbons and the likes. Thinks Ciel is a weirdo but still respects and accepts him. He wears a collar but it's not really visible in his dog form as his fur covers it well. When on a mission, he wears a kevlar west specifically made for police dogs. While he can't read similar to other dogs, he can recognise certain words thanks to his training.
