Bill Cipher's gem is fools gold C: He's got one of those canes with a hidden blade in it as his weapon. ALSO This human Bill Cipher design is by Life-writer life-writer.tumblr.com/ I just modified the pattern a litle bit on his suit and took away the mini cape (mostly because I forgot to draw it)(small update: cocobutterpandart.tumblr.com/p… here is the rest of them)
