Did a little goofing around with vector art and came up with these two. They're similar to the girls from another of my deviations (this one [link] ), but I think they're cuter.
Completely done in Corel Draw X3. I might keep goofing with vector art and see what I come up with.

Hey, these characters kinda looked similar to the characters, Sparkles and Gloom, which will be airing on Random! Cartoons this fall on Nicktoons Network... Wonderful work!

The blonde one (still Saffron?) reminds me of Mandy from Grim Adventures... but that's cool.

Yeah, the 'dark, moody blonde' seems to be a popular theme nowadays--Helga (Hey, Arnold), Mandy (Grim Adventures), Cindy (Jimmy Neutron), etc. And yes, the redhead is quite the poofy head, isn't she?
I'm not sure if I'll do anything more with these two, but I really liked how they came out here. Nice and stylistic. (Is that a word? I don't think it is. Oh well.)

Well, they tend to be intelligent, so that's good to get away from the giggly airhead blonde (as a child of a frickin' genius of a blond guy I feel that's a good point).
I like the style, and I think stylistic is a word. If not, well, we're using English and we can quickly make it one.
