One of my all time favorite games.The Elder scrolls Morrowind.
Though i find Skyrim with great graphical characteristics, morrowind had a specific magical and imersive(sry for spelling here) feel to it that no fallowing game brought to me since.

This is what I love in Morrowind. Its so vivid so alive and original it inspires great artists and do it in a special way. Many games have fan art but most of them are boring fight scenes. Artists who love Morriwind try to catch the calmnes of this exotic world, the everyday life.

Morrowind beat Oblivion and Skyrim hands down for originality and immersiveness I think. The last two were very watered down by comparison, and the new ESO plainly sucks.Β

I must agree.Β Morrowind was so atmospheric, magical, and immersive... That atmosphere, and the scent of dust-storm in the air was almost palpable!

I really like the mood of the picture. Morrowind does have a presence no other Elder Scrolls game has yet given back.
