ohh lol they're not..^^ every person in the ouran host club has a unique character.. the twins always show brotherly love such as what you see in the drawing^^ that makes them popular with the girls^^ it's like incest lol but they are not gay coz the other one falls in love with haruhi the leading lady^^

Actually,both of them fell in love with Haruhi^^But Kaoru decides to let his feelings down for Haruhi for the sake of his brother^^.
