Well I am a social smoker since the beginning of my college, that would be since 2006.
I even in a period of one year I have intensively smoked... But, I stopped because I am athletic and I did not like the idea that I destroy my health so much.
I do not know what to tell you, 5 years of constant smoking is still much!

I was just saying that, even in an amateur level, if you do it for fun, for health reaseons... if you stop smoking, even if you do it socially, you will notice that you feel much more capable of exercising without being tired quickly, for example!
