I did them in Easy paint SAI o3o
with the lineart layer where you'll use diffrent tools
the lineart tools o3o

Dont really know how to explain
on Easy paint SAI there's a "Paper with a pen" icon
just right next to the New layer icon
there's diffrent tools on that kind of layer
I use the curve to make the line
use Weight to think it out
and presure to make the sharp end o3o
