Very quick doodle.Yeah I've gone with Luxembourg being a girl. The character looks masculine, but Hidekaz' story leaves me thinking otherwise :'|a
It's like New Zealand all over again.

I think Luxembourg is a girl. Or at least I get that idea when I think of her next to her brother and sister (Really manly and really pretty).

I think his New Zealand was South New Zealand (New Zealand is actually composed of two large islands and some smaller ones: South New Zealand has a population mainly of New Zealanders of European descent while North New Zealand has a population that is a mixture of Asians, Europeans and the Maori)
