First of all, her hair! I love how is actually looks like it's underwater? Were you trying to do that, or did it just happen naturally? XD Her bangs are so cool! I don't think I've ever really seen that on a winx OC before! It's so creative!
And her outfit! The simplicity of it is awesome! It's beautiful without being to detailed, which is something that I love ^^ Her veil looks just like flowing water! You should be real proud of yourself!

The first thing I noticed were the wings 
Then the "long-skirt" or how is it called XD has a beautiful color and the pattern you chose is really matching
The dress is really cute, I like the detail of the small starfish ^^
And the hairstyle is really pretty, the ponytail looks soft ^^
