Meet Madame Vine, a sly, cunning, and observant woman who has control over all form of vines and kudzu in Ruined Perfectia. Unlike the Mushroom-based inhabitants of the forest, Madame Vine is incapable of taking over people. She instead works as the "Shadow Of Perfectia's" eyes and ears, since she has free reign of the forest and can literally see everything that is going on thanks to her long-reaching vines, even when she's not in a specific area. Madame Vine doesn't interfere with the other inhabitants, but does report back to the Shadow on what they're all up to, as a means of preparing for the inevitable war for control of Ruined Perfectia. She's a mere observer, and desires only to see how it all will turn out, though she is loyal to the Shadow, and will stand by its' side no matter what happens...

Strengths: Madame Vine has keen eyesight, and an unlimited range of sight thanks to her vines which reach every inch of the forests in Ruined Perfectia. She can relay information to the Shadow effectively thanks to this trait. She's also a smooth-talker who can usually talk her way out of a fight.
Weaknesses: Madame Vine is prone to fire and insects, as well as being a poor fighter. At best, she can disable an opponent with her vines, but she is not well suited for fighting by any means, and will most likely perish if caught in a fight against any of the notably dangerous inhabitants.
