Putting:
1st way: Extract winrar, then open file by Winamp(or double click), and skin is installed
or
2nd way: Download and... (if it'll download more than one file put all elements to one folder for first) move file-> where you installed winamp -> skins

When you run winamp you can choose it from the list 'skins'
