I wanted to do a little more with her since my first draft was a little too stiff for my drawing style and relied to heavily on the shows look, but now she has a ME look and a show look so that's just dandy.

Bio: Speckle comes from the forest city of Rivendeer, while deer rarely inherent magical abilities or wings Speckles family line has a strong magical background thanks to selective 'breeding' making them akin to the leaders of all deer kind of course they are no were close to the powers of the princess but the ability to use magic is rare enough to push them to an elevated status. Rivendeer is a peaceful city, melding into nature rather building on top of it. Their homes are build directly in and around the trees and rocks working with the general aesthetic of nature. Deer are shy by nature, but kind. Keeping to themselves but in times of land conflict they will aid their friends as best they can but try their best not to take sides unless directly threatened. However deer can be rather high and mighty about themselves. Living in and around nature they feel they are more in tune with the forests and plants than earth ponies. No one knows if this is true or not, up for debate.

Speckle herself is as close to a deer princess as she can get. Her father rules the city of Rivendeer as 'king' and unlike her siblings she was born with magical ability and a horn. While she is not overly shy she is rather introverted, preferring to watch and listen over being part of the action. That's not to say she doesn't make friends she is just a bit picky about them and at times comes off perhaps a bit rude or stuck up. Her lack of interaction and foreign lifestyle make her strange to ponies in more modern cities like Ponyville. She needs her space and can get a bit overwhelmed by crowds. But when Speckle makes a friend she cherishes them and keeps them close, always happy and excited to learn about worlds beyond her own. As a 'princess' of sorts to her people Speckle also acts as ambassador, being the only one in the ruling family who is willing to travel beyond their hidden home to new lands. Her job is to establish trade routes with ponies and other creatures of Equestra. Rivendeer itself is know for it's aged juice, healing herbs and wooden goods. Her ignorance of the new world outside of forest home at times causes Speckle to be a bit rude, becoming angry and mean in defense to her own ignorance. Often referring to things as 'silly, dumb or useless' if they don't conform with peoples ways. Her people regard her as their next ruler and while she would do anything for them (which is why she spends so much time traveling and connecting her city with others) she is spoiled. Seen as a forest goddess with such a rare ability that the outside world can be confusing as it does not greet and treat her with the same respect she is used to. Speckle tries however, give her a bit of time and she will understand that the world doesn't revolve around her. Ask her about plant life and she'll talk your ear off for hours.

In terms of the Mane 6 Speckle has met Twilight a few times to go over foreign policy between their cities and help establish friendly terms with the citizens as such she makes regular trips to the new ponyville castle. Most deer are not overly easy to get along with and none more so than the ruling family, they believe themselves in a higher place than others. Not greedy but entitled, stuck up and perhaps a bit harsh but never cruel. Speckle hopes to introduce a new world to her people and bring them out of the shadows of the forest and into other cultures.

Deer do not have cutie marks like ponies but if Speckle were to guess she is sure her special talent would have to do with medicine and healing. She doesn't create brews like Zacora but she does cursh plants, roots and herbs together to make salves, pastes and powders that help in curing all kinds of illnesses. She enjoys taking and reading notes about various plant life from all the different lands and forests in equestria. Having about eight siblings Speckle is the youngest as well as the only one in her family save for her father who wields magic. The 'royal' family often produce children until one inherits the ability, then once they become of age they will take the place of the previous leader. To deer the princess are like gods while their own 'royal' family are kings and queens.
