Not long after her encounter with a wayward Kol-wolf, Signy seeks the company of her brother. The echoes of ghosts still linger in her ears - not to be banished by Smyga's gentle smile as they ever-so-casually catch up on their last moon's progress in the pack. Soon enough, the she-wolf deigns to discontinue parsing words, asking her brother directly how it was that their siblings came to pass - and his answer may speak more than he knows.
