I only just now spotted a face, at the moment of giving up searching for it..
yellow eyes, blue nose and nostrils?
The blue in the lower half of the 'circle' I usually see as a girl in a very old fashioned dress reading a book..

Oh hey, that's another one. I was thinking more someone looking up, with the blue being their head & chin outline & a nose pointing up. so yeah 2 faces in 1

Her face, as I see it, is within the blue area. The blue paint helps to create the roundness of her face.
