Yeah, it doesnt work that way. You have to edit the .xml file of Pure Music Widget from withen the .apk so that it can use custom skins etc.

Honestly, they disappear on there own, they show up for 5 secs (when I place the widget) and disappear, lol.

how did you achieve the date to look like that with Minimalistic Text Widget, its bin racking my brain for days. does the current day also highlight when the days have changed.

It's a 2 line custom layout.
The first line is the Month text and the next line is day of the week bar and the last one has a static text and a " | " to separate the actual day. Yes, it does highlight the current day. They all have a glow too.

There is an app on xda-forums called "CCN", it lets you delete or change it to anything you like. It doesn't work for all phones though but worked for my Evo 4G.

i have a verizon phone. i have a feeling thats the issue. i went into my /data folder and i don't even have an eri.xml folder. i tried the app and it gave me a "Roaming.." which replaced the verizon wireless text. maybe there will be a verizon fix eventually.

Wow, that's weird but you SHOULD have one, it's part of MIUI, since it adds the eri.xml file. It's there, not sure why its not showing up.
