Still on iLauncher, yes, it sucks, but at least I have nice looking icons, lol, and thats all I care for, just my icons to look nice. I should be on MIUI v4 pretty soon as I will be doing a beta testing for the AT&T HTC One X, chea! THe black bar at the bottom of my screen with the 3 dots is the menu. HTC stupid way of killing my screen or iLauncher dev not implementing one, grrrr. Camera icon isn't mine btw.

None of the docks I have will fit your phone, they will stretch and look really bad, and pixelated.

Yes, a dev who works on the One S port, he contacted me last weekend about it. Shouldnt be hard since the One S and One X hardware is identical, just our screen is better.
