This drawing I made some time ago. Usually I do not draw after photo's or pictures, but sometimes I do it just to practice my drawing skills.It's based on a photo made by Lynn M. Stone. I found the photo in the book 'Wolves' by Daniel Wood. I love the photo, because it captures the personality of the wolves. That's why I choose it for this drawing. I hope I succeed in giving this wolf couple a personality as well.

Really beautiful - furs are really difficult and you have done a great work with the background and you got that sense of laid back alertness across, that is so typical for wolves!

Dank je! Weet je, eigenlijk is het wel vreemd. We zijn beide gek van wolven, maar ze tekenen/schilderen doen we allebei helaas niet zoveel.
Zouden we eigenlijk allebei vaker moeten doen. Oh, ik zou echt wel een een wolf geschilderd door jou willen zien.
