This is a plain version of "Carl goes Pavonian."

This is for WillM3luvTrains , who requested Carl Gould. Carl, like me, both has ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), and is a big railfan.

A bit of an explanation how he's dressed. He's wearing certain Pavonian clothing, including the slip-on shoes, the lele (sarong), and a certain form of boys' camis (shirt). He has a PF pin, that's Pavonia Ferradoy, it's a government owned railway (he likes trains) The lele is NNW, that's Network NorthWest, the division of PF that handles commuter, suburban and regional passenger services around Northwestern Zyga on the planet Pavonia. Yes, a spoof of Network SouthEast (the branch of British Rail in London and the Southeast from the 80s until privatization in the 90s) The reason for some lines having different colors, besides NNW, there's also the two Attewa-Kilmeara RER lines A and B (jointly owned by Pavonia Ferradoy and the Attewa-Kilmeara Subway Authority), and the prviate FERSIAIA service that connects Attewa-Kilmeara with communities south of the Siaia (also called the Southern) River.

Carl Gould is originally from "Arthur", which is produced by WGBH (Boston's PBS station), Cookie Jar Entertainment (previously Cinar), and, depending on the season, 9 Story Entertainment or Oasis Animation is also involved. Based off of books by Marc Brown.
