This was just a poster that was displayed at the Warners Store in New York City before Warners closed them all.
Each store had Looney Tunes characters in scenes that had something to do with the city it was in.
This one was a parody of the classic movie "A Star Is Born."

They were also props in Looney Tunes: Back in Action. In the scene where Bugs's manager is talking to him about getting a hot female co-star, these posters are hidden in the background. Mostly the ones with Lola in them.

I wonder if they ever planned to make a cartoon short with Lola Bunny.

I'm sure there was at least discussions of it. Trouble was Warners did do some shorts after Space Jam but for the most part they were terrible. And that was with there long popular characters.
Lols had some funny stories in Looney Tunes Comics so it's not like they completely forgot the character.

The poster was real, it was created as a decoration for the long gone WB store in NYC.
But no, the short never existed, although the one next to it, Carrotblanca, does exist.

That's cute & funny. Lola doesn't get much love anymore for some reason.

Well she has been out of the loop with very little new merchandise.
Maybe when new Looney Tunes show starts out she'll get more attention.

I hear she does occasionally appear in the Looney Tunes comics though still. [link] (Usually working as a pizza delivery girl.)
