It's just Pucca and Finn sitting on Lover's Hill, thinking about Garu and Bubblegum.Even though Finn's still with Flame Princess, I still ship FinnXBubblegum, and I still wish Finn would go back to PB, so there are less chances of the world getting burned up.
You can also see that Pucca carved something on this big tree.
