EDIT: I think I fixed him enough for him to look more asian (what type of asian is a secret! mwahahaha! anyway, lightened his skin tone a bit and made his stach a bit longer so you can see it goes done and not like to the sides XD took out his beard cause he is still young ya know? it made him look TOO old. anyway all minor fixes.

Bio:
When James was a young man he had already made up his mind about becoming leader of the Flame Allience. however at this time in his life he was only about 10 years old. His parents often tried to sway his wishes and beg him to not join the army at all. However the moment he turned 15 he left home to start training, mind set on becoming all powerful.
During his journay he come across many pokemon but none were strong enough for him liking. James came home two years later with nothing but the clothes on his back and a strange golden stone. however when his parents asked him about it he would never answer but just leave the house again or hide in his room. The truth was he had not a clue what it was but the item made him feel uneasy and when ever he held it he felt a strange sense of power and heard what sounded like voices of creatures. At the risk of being called insane he listened to the rock one day. The odd stone felt as if it called out to a location and he went with it as it pulsated with dark rings. He traviled days before he came across a cave where the stone levated out from his hands and rested in the center of four broken pedistals. as he went closer a portal opened suddenly and a roar chilled him to the bone. James stepped in...

unkown to what happen inside that strange world James came home about a month later, flying on a large pokemon. His parents freaked out when he came home with such a monster pokemon of old lore. Though his parents didn't like the creature James stayed with it, trained with it and became stronger along side it. Convinced he could rule all of the Flame with this pokemon at the age of 18 James ignored his parents pleads and left to join the pramize army.
Once inrolled James worked hard to get from solder to leader. Often tricking others or even blackmailing higher ups to allow him to be promoted. The only man alive who knows of James's sneaky behavier and evil intensions is in fact the current leader Michael. Even James has no idea how Micheal came to learn of his weakness or how he knew of the shit James did to get to where he was, but Michael seemed to like James. Smart, powerful, and somewhat evil... the perfect 2nd in command, and the only one who can put James in his place with black mail or attacks. James is NOT happy about this but he plans on changing the ranks, but that's for another day.

Info: The user shoots the opponent with a strong blast from it's mouth. 30% chance of paralizing opponent.

Shadow Claw
Type: Ghost
Stats: ATT: 70 ACC: 100 PP: 15
Info: The attacking pokemons claws glow a deep purple and on contect with the opponent slashes through them with ease. Critical hit ratio is increased with this move.

Shadow Force
Type: Ghost
Stats: ATT: 120 ACC: 100 PP: 5
Info: The attacking pokemon vanishes, leaving nothing behind. when it reapears it shoots a powerful blast from its mouth into the unaware opponent. This attack is no effected by Protect and Detect, meaning this move will still hit even then those attacks are in play. the only wat to hit the vanished pokemon is if lock-on or mind reader was used during the battle.

James will often get pissy about chores. often making the solders do them for him, claiming The leaders assigned the jobs to them
James has been known to be addicted to something, and not having it causes great pain for a few days till the withdrawal stops...rumor has it this is the only reason why he is not leader, because only one man knows of this weakness. (and maybe a few troops....)
James wears boxers...
James has killed people... he doesn't seem to be affected by this, though his reasoning is often seen as unhealthy "People will die eventually, I'm only helping them out."
James doesn't have a special someone, nor does he want one. If anything he is married to his work. He does mind when others like him but people will do what people will do.
Diz can often be found resting atop the base.
Diz may seem like he isn't paying attention when watching people.... and that is usually the case.
Diz has been known to space out if fighting isnt happening
Diz only eats food that was prepared in front of him... this is ether because he doesnt trust others or because he is curious, no one knows but no one really stopped to ask ether.
Diz can and will hang out in the other dimension... however he refuses to bring others into there... wonder why....(real reason is because he doesn't want that world to be ruined too... XD)
