I never saw the original, but I remember Johnny Carson's version. Battery on his shoulder and cream pies flying at his face. Never knew if it was original or a parody.

Thanks! Yeah. For some odd reason when I saw that picture of Kirk that old commercial popped into my head. It was my wife's idea to replace the battery with a tribble.
