Treecko looks cool, with a "don't mess with me" attitude.
Grovyle is so cool no matter what though, one of my favorites and you really captured his personality here 
Sceptile has a "go on, I dare you" look with I like and you and you just did a great job on all three. Hope ya get more time to draw in the future.
