No, the big winged skeleton guy is not eviscerating the see-through man...

The psychopomp is a spiritual entity that can take on many different forms - often an animal form such as a crow, but also this general "angel of death" form that you see here. The psychopomp cuts the connection between the soul and its mortal housing, then it takes the soul on to whatever awaits it in the afterlife.

Yes. Wings are always a pain to shade. Especially if you're a complete masochist and like to shade each individual feather like you and I do.

LOL LOL - No, that etheric "thread" was far too thick to read properly. I never intended it to look like an intestine! Oops...

Thanks very much. Those wings were a pain in the butt to shade, but I really liked the effect so I kept at it until each individual one of those infernal feathers was done.
