Description I made this Hobbit from polymer clay, with a stuffed cloth body on a wire armeture. He has fake fur hair. I wish I had a better picture of him. My daughter gave her to a friend who loved Tolkien.

I made the clothes also.

That looks amazing! I'd love to try my hand at sculpting figures from scratch if I could just find a place that actually sold something I could use. There's no hobby stores here and Walmart and the other "super" stores don't have anything to sculpt with.

Thanks. Art supplies can be bought online or in places like Jo-Anns, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, etc.

I'll look into those. I've often seen a material called Super Sculpty, but I'm not too fond of it. I had a custom figure made of one of my chars before and it ended up getting broken in the mail due to it being made from the stuff. I managed to fix it, but I treat the thing like a feather could break it (for good reason, it prolly could).
