I drew this back before Samhain (Halloween), so that should show how behind I am on my personal work, as usual
Anyway, this is Rosaline (one of my original X-men related characters), being all witchy in honor of the holiday. The deep red of her dress is actually less.....pink-ish than that, but the scanner and I disagreed. Oh well. Even though it doesn't look so great here I'm still happy with how it came out.

She's what she likes to call a "plant witch," meaning she can control the growth and movement of plants (much like Klara Prast in "Runaways"), and can also communicate with them on some level (being able to tell what they need if they're unhealthy, etc). Her powers manifested when she was assaulted around the age of 16, and she has very good control over them. When she manages to lose control, however, the tips of her hair turn green, her eyes turn brown, and the skin on her hands begins to appear smudged with dirt and grass - but as if that coloring was part of her actual skin color (she doesn't know this yet, but if she were to totally lose control, all of her skin would look like that). She exists in the "X-men: Evolution" universe, and you can read the stories I've written about her here - [link] "Triangle" is the first one, and "Without Masks" is the second.
