This was my first ever 'official' modeling shoot and I couldn't be happier!!!! The MUA grasped my vision and pulled it off, Nikki (the model) was a blast to work with and didn't mind climbing trees or rolling around in the grass, the weather was perfect and the location (Secret House Winery) couldn't be more beautiful.
However, I've never done a late afternoon shoot before (I've always done morning shots) so you can see I've attempted to Photoshop some of the images because the lighting wasn't right. But even though they aren't all as perfect as I'd like, I figured you guys could still use them for modeling refrencences.

I think this is a really great base photo, the only thing I could have wished that was different was shooting the picture on a lower ISO.
There's a really bad "blow out" on the hair which makes it kind of hard to work with, but whoever uses the stock is going to have to work around the white spot.
Other then that I enjoyed retouching the photo.

This is a great photo in it's own right, as well as being an inspiring bit of stock. I love the hint of green in the makeup - just enough to be a little exotic. And the backlighting is just wonderful!
