It's funny cuz he doesn't want to die.Inspired by Repo! The Genetic Opera. If you're in the vast majority of humanity who has never seen nor heard of this recently released slasher horror goth rock opera, it's about a sickly shut in girl and her crazily overprotective single father who, unbeknownst to her, makes a living repossessing the financed organ transplants of people who've defaulted on their payments. High concept, yes?

Oh I love it! Why didn't anyone else think of this when Repoman cornered them? It reminds me of one of my fav scenes when Nathan's pulling the spine out of the guy adn he and Shi are lying to each other.

Because, Nathan never talked about his daughter in front of his victims. Instead he has to do the thankless job of repossessing organs/bones from his victims. Plus that guy was dead after he snapped his neck. So he wasn't able to rush out and tell a soon-to-be Repo victim that hey, Repo Man has a daughter. Distract him with it. Get what I'm saying?
