Born to a Rather unloving set of Parents, The Boy that grew to become Manface had a rough Childhood,
Not a very handsome child, he was the subject to ridicule and because he lived in a neighborhood of Rich children Manface's biggest dilemma came in the form of his Inability to make friends among the neighborhood because he was "Too Ugly"
Often the subject of Constant ridicule and belittlement because of his Appearance Did not help the childs Self Esteem...
Even having a few of his Teeth Broken in several Fights with a Bully who also happened to be ManFace's Father's Boss...

However, on a Day in High School, As a harmless prank a few of these Rich kids at the academy got an idea to swap out some materials for a Presentation Manface would show on the effects of people dumping Chemicals into a Water drain... While Demonstrating The props he originally used would be soap vinegar and baking soda to show what the effect may be like... But the props were switched to include muriatic Acid instead of Vinegar, When the Baking soda Mixed into the Muriatic Acid a Reaction cause the Acid to flow upward hitting him in the right side of his face and burning through his Safety Goggles... Scarring him Permanently...

When the Boy Recovered, He Spared no Student, Teacher, or Faculty member his Rage... He never did any harm to anyone other than the way he looked... And While he was not Damaged before and could look at himself in a Mirror and Still be able to smile that he see's himself... With his Face Burned Badly and Damaged beyond Repair There was no going back, no way to fix what they'd done to him...
