Ah, i'm sure you are! uhm i can put it in easier words. turn your camera to the sun, hold the shutter button halfway, use a hose to put water up in the sky, and take the picture. That's another way.

thanks yeah, the only way that you can get it to not blur is if you have a high shutter speed. Aka, focus your camera on the sun and take a picture of the water against something bright.

Thanks! Lol, it was actually my worst fear. I was extra careful. I did get a drop on the lense twice though, but I ran inside and carefully dabbed it up. All seems good so far, so I guess it was a success!
