Very well done, the lineart, the detailed hair, the rim lighting makes the soft shading really pop. I like how you colored the butterfly piece on her belt, it makes it look metallic in nature- I definitely would have not thought of doing it this way.
I do feel that the yellow strap loops for her shoes are a bit dark in contrast compared to the rest of the color pallet, but something like this can easily be ignored, the piece is again very well done. Also for future reference when using a pose like this the exposed hand by her thigh can be used to hold an accessory, something like a purse or wand- basically anything relating to the character that they would be holding with whatever clothing they're wearing. It adds to the personality of the final piece.
The eyes are very well done and at a glance will draw in viewers. But what I find really appealing is how all the facial features flow together- rather than parts of the face being slapped on as separate features onto the head. While the latter mentioned could be done stylistically or for comedic effect, a poorly drawn face or expression will not hold up in comparison.
