Description Sorry for it looking so....wet. I don't know how that happened. I saved it and for some reason it came out like

this. I hope no one cares! T_T
This is an art request for I hope u like it! I had so much fun doing ur character! Drawing him got me in such a happy/ evil mood! I gave him the totaly evil red and black style! I hope u also like the clothes i gave him!
I seriously hate how my stupid computer for some reasion made the pic look like someone droped it in a pool! -_-

I suddely remember his name! I think I named him Charan or Char. Something like that. And also I think I used to draw him as a cat. Yeah..that was pretty random.
