im proud and yet not proud of this...but i REALLY tried to step outta my comfort zone :'D
plus i LOVE the effect water gives to hair, to which i failed at X'D
please give me any tips ^^ i want to get better.
this time i worked without lines *O*
the pose is kinda derpy but i tried to hide those parts X'D

All in all this is quite good. And I love her face. Even the pose is quite good.
What I'd say from looking at this is you would do good at working with proportions. As well as don't be afraid to add in contrast. Deepen those shadows by using a dark reddish tone where the skin touches (like her neck, and the back of crook of the knee), it will add more depth into the skin, as well as don't be afraid to add hotter shine/light points on her skin as well. Like where the light hits her skin (especially near the tops of her arms). Also.. I could be wrong but it appears you used a gradient over top to sort of add the appearance of shadow and lightness. Try to avoid this and start trying to create the transition from light to dark by painting it in. Or else it will come out looking flat.
As far as the hair goes. You are definitely going down the right road for this! Just avoid using too many strands however. It will come off more like straw with too many strands. If you would allow me to, I'd love to throw mess around with this picture lightly to sort of show you what I mean? I would upload it on imgur though and not on DA and send it over a note.

The hair kind of spikes out a bit too much. If the hair was a bit more....kind of...together? does that make sense? Like, more not so frizzy looking.I don't know the hair is kind of urking me. BUT! The way you drew her like anatomy is freaking spot on and I'm jelly of her curves. *O*

I don't find myself experienced enough to give you an honest critique, but if anything, I agree with your love of the water effect on the hair. In what I've seen, though, the hair doesn't flow in one direction. For instance, you have her hair flowing mostly down, with some pieces suspended. Maybe that's what you were going for, but [link] is what I think of when I see hair underwater. Kind of, all together in one bunch and then some curls and chunks of hair highlighted and standing out.
But then again, what do I know? Haha. Do what you want.

WOW!! This is different!!!
This is too much out of my field of expertise to even try and critique...
But I can suggest...try doing a little more foreground water effects. You've already done some, but they seem a little...detached to me. Either that or my standards are too high...
I'm thinking particles...or emphasis on directional flow like current...perhaps a focal point at the top of the picture to show a 'surface' and light source.
Not that I have any idea HOW to do such effects...but I promise you, if you can pull it off, it would make this picture 300% better! With a lineless picture, it's all in the details!
With linearts like I do them, it's all in the dramatic black and white presentation. In my opinion.
