A very last-minute entry for the Dark Shadows contest. I thought I might try it anyways though, considering that I like Tim Burton's movies, and I like the dark comedy angle he took on this one!

I'm not sure if the original soap opera focused on this element, but from the trailers and interviews that I've seen and read, the Tim Burton version seems to focus more on Barnabas protecting his family instead of concentrating mostly on his love life. So I thought of doing a "family tree" for the background, with his new 70s Collins family, and went from there.

I ran into trouble with the logo and the template; I'm not too computer savvy, and you can tell easily I think. But I hope it turned out okay in the end.

The other entries are amazing! Mine is sandwiched between all of these great portraits and looks even sadder in comparison haha.
