Description
This is a portable installation of foobar2000. Download here: Mnlt2 Mod

Step 1
Extract the archive
Step 2
Start foobar2000.exe
Step 3
Go to settings (cog in the top right corner) -> Media Library and add the path to your music folder
Wait for it to scan and restart foobar2000
Step 4
You're done!
Notes:
Right now only cover art called folder.jpg or folder.png is displayed. You can download new album art by clicking on the button in the bottom right corner of the cover in the "now playing" tab.
I have included a rating algorithm (hydrogenaud.io/index.php/topic⦠) to dynamically rate your music. You can create playlists by using the %_dynamic_rating% tag.
Tracks automatically get a heart icon if they are played 20 times or more.

Ok, never mind the search bar was near impossible to see, icon shown in your pictures doesn't appear to be there on my computer

that seems to be a problem with the plugin. it stores the absolute path to the images instead of the relative path. you can get the icon back by clicking on the area where the image should be (the left part of the search bar), then going to options -> custom bitmap (maybe you have to do this twice). then you can find the image under \foobar2000\skins\Mnlt2\searchicon.bmp

Hey, really digging some of the improvements, had to add a search bar, could this mod not be exported as a theme?

No idea why you would use folder.jpg instead of the way more common cover.jpg but that took 10 minutes to figure out how to change.
