It reminds me of this MMO I play off and on. Most player characters are like 10-12 years old, but none of the adults think twice about sending you off to face dragons, evil gods, magical powered giant toxic constructs, etc... Of course, by the time you get through the first few storylines you're essentially a demigod, but still.

Gotta wonder about these things sometimes.Β The very fist time I played through AS, I had pretty much the exact same thought when it came to going into the Cave of Origin.Β As in...why are they letting a 10-14 year old kid go do this!?
I also wondered why they built the space suit thing in a child's size.
