Honestly, just nitpicking since I really can't tell what's wrong, something just feels a bit off with Kasumi's and Mila's left hand. Mila more so, but really... Just an off remark.

A really nice pic, maybe one of your best. I've actually been using it as a wallpaper, hehe.
However, as a long time fan of the series, I tend to think for group poses such as this one maybe the veteran characters should be given priority. If we're going for a 9 person group pic, and taking into account the characters were introduced in that order :
Kasumi > Ayane > Tina > Leifang > Helena > Hitomi > Christie > Lisa > Kokoro > Mila > Marie > Honoka ,
this would be the ultimate pic (well, in my humble personal opinion) if you had swapped Honoka and Rachel for maybe Tina and Lisa, although I understand you probably have your own preferences.
If you ever think about remaking this pic some day, I hope you consider it !
Another point I wanted to have your opinion about, heights.
Obviously since these XPS models were ported from the game - a fighting game, it would seems the devs gave the character same-ish heights, at least for the gameplay portions of the game. However, you probably know they also have official measurements for each character. I think it would be interesting to actually try and alter the models based on this, as it would also give pics such as this one more character.

For group pictures I am looking for a costume theme. That alone can put limitations on what characters I pick, but for this particular picture, the costume was not an issue. Usually my initial pick of girls is not written in stone. I like to cycle girls through each completed pose to see who looks best in it. For example Helena's pose was designed for Christie, but in the end Helena got it.
When I compose the scene I'm looking to position the heads at roughly the same height. I dunno if it is symmetry, or just a feeling of cohesion, but the group just feels stronger when there is a straight line going through all heads. If you remember class photos in school, photographers like to re-position people based on height for group pictures. Really problematic heights get to sit down 
Using the real heights would probably mean a lot of work to get a good group picture. Truth to be told I sometimes re-scale characters in group pictures to even out their heights. The opposite of what you are proposing.

Marie-Rose is tricky because her body is vastly different from the other doa girls. Her hips are slim and her breasts are small. A much different approach must be taken with her imo. When I make group pictures I do not want to introduce the odd sheep into the gang 
On the flip side, Marie-Rose is the only DOA girl that can successfully pull off delicate hands on chest poses, like I did in Marie-Rose Topaz . Literally no other DOA girl can pull off this pose successfully. Their big breasts are in the way. In some regards I find her petite body to work in her advantage, but generally speaking, I do not enjoy to include her in group scenes because of her very flat chest and slim hips.
